The Ritz Carlton, Pentagon City Hotel Arlington

The hotel had excellent customer service and a smooth check, in process. the gym facilities were top, notch and well, maintained. the location was convenient, with easy access to the metro, restaurants, and a shopping mall.

There were some issues with cleanliness, such as used shampoo and hairs in the sheets and sink. the bathroom tiles had cracks and there were hairs on the pillows.

Luxurious facilities and exclusive amenities make this hotel a true gem. Impeccable service from the staff, and the in-room breakfast was a dream come true. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. the location is ideal, with easy access to the metro and several nearby restaurants.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a glass of champagne which was a great touch. The hotel facilities were top-notch with a beautiful pool and a well-equipped gym. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. We loved the location, close to Reagan airport and adjacent to a Fashion Mall, making it easy to explore this city. The staff was attentive and gracious with excellent service during our whole stay. The breakfast had an excellent variety of dishes and was served by friendly staff.

Had a truly memorable stay for business trip stays, everything was wonderful. Got deluxe king room with a view of the air force memorial when arrived, appreciated that.

Fairly clean, sublime hotel, there was a luxurious lobby. Accommodating staff, impeccableservices, including lots of exceptional delicacies. Nice stay, and 5 minutes' stroll from the subway.

The hotel has a great location with easy access to many different highways, making it convenient to drive to the DC area. It is also connected to the 'Fashion City' Center, providing a variety of shopping and dining options. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with amenities such as a wall-mounted 65-inch TV and a Nespresso machine. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel like you're at a home away from home.

The hotel only offers valet parking, which can be inconvenient for getting things from the car.

Ideal hotel with a main bar, everything was perfect. The staff members were all helpful and attentive. The room was updated with an own bathroom. We had marvellous breakfast plus good service. The whole experience was really enjoyable.

Overall wonderful stay. Brilliant location, outstanding breakfast, great service and the stuff was cordial. Immaculate and large room with extremely comfy beds. I was surprised at nearby Marketplace Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks. Early check-in, late check-out. Plus, I was able to park my car on site.

As a leisure traveler, I stayed at this hotel for a week and the experience was phenomenal. The hotel's private entrance to the mall made shopping incredibly convenient, and the attentive service from the doormen and concierge added a personal touch. The restaurant service was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious breakfast options. The suite was quiet, well-equipped with great toiletries, and had a spacious bathroom. The plush robes and comfortable bed added to the luxury feel, while the large television and well-lit closet were thoughtful touches. the hotel staff were incredibly friendly, making my stay truly enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being within walking distance to major attractions and public transportation. It made it easy for us to explore the city without having to worry about driving or parking. the staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The room itself was disappointing. It lacked the luxurious feel that we expected from a high-end hotel.

The hotel location is great! It's just two stops from 'L'Enfant Plaza' station and attached to Pentagon Row mall in Arlington. You can easily reach the center of DC on the metro without even walking outside. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and beautifully appointed.

The restaurant service did not measure up to the hotel's reputation for great service.

Despite a small miscommunication, the front desk manager, Faissal, promptly resolved the issue and ensured we had a great stay. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to a shopping mall and great staff. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and attentive service.
